Captain Chris Cole is both a skilled educator and a master angler. We were on fish within 30 minutes, hitting limits on trout and landing some beautiful Reds. I booked the half-day trip, but it truly felt like a full day of fishing. Chris is a great guy, well worth the investment, and I highly recommend him.

Despite the windy conditions, Captain Chris stuck with us, trying multiple spots and a variety of baits. He was incredibly patient with our Minnesota crew, which included three kids under 16, and took the time to teach us not only about fishing but also the local ecosystem and wildlife. While we didn’t catch loads of fish, his effort and dedication made the trip worthwhile, and we left with enough for a great fish taco dinner with our group. We had an awesome time and would definitely book with Captain Chris again. Thanks, Chris!

I took my wife and three children (10,11,14) on this trip and it was an amazing experience. We all caught a fish and Captain Cole gave us great pointers and conversation. I would recommend this fishing experience to anyone especially those fisherman like me who don’t normally come back back with any fish. Great time kids loved it and want to do it again next summer.

We had a great day on the sea with Captain Chris and his boat. Constantly checking to see if we needed anything and constantly concerned about getting us to the greatest fishing area possible made our expedition an unforgettable experience. I would suggest this vacation to anyone who likes fishing and having fun. The adventure was completed by delivering our catch to Black Beards for the tastiest fish supper any of us had ever eaten. Excellent suggestions, Chris, and we can't wait to return!
